ahead of taking the IAM laid down Advanced Rider Test. Once attained the
Associate becomes a Full member of our local North Wales Group.
You are then able to, after a period of riding to Full Member standards to put your name forward to train to become an Observer. By doing this you can to give back
to the Group what was given to you as a trainee, and have the satifaction of helping other associates gain their test standard.
This is how we get the Observer Team we require. You would have your annual
members fee eliminated by way of thanks for the work you would then be
giving. Also you would be paid a nominal fee each time you ride with an
Associate on a training session.
